I would say Patrick knows how to put down a good patio, and we are very happy with his physical work. However, his company need to be more organised, making sure they have all the details from the client before starting work, and ensuring things have been agreed in writing before starting anything. The patio he has put down is excellent, but because of there being no pre-work meeting, I was not able to tell him that I wanted it to line up on both sides, which of course makes the patio less aesthetically pleasing, which is an important point about patios.
