Excellent work,in super fast time. Competitive price, great results. Would definitely, in fact I have recommended Firmbase to friends and family. They knocked down a front garden wall, rebuilt it. Took all rubble away, and filled in gap in drive with pavers, and left everything tidy and clean after. All in 2 days.Posted on Trustatrader

Holly Silvester5 September 2025Really happy with the work by Firmbase driveways. The best value quote I was given by far and I can’t fault the work, the driveway looks amazing and was completed in less than a week despite many downpours. They were also incredibly fast at providing a quote and also starting the work, the service was excellent. I would advise anyone to just make sure you make it clear exactly what you want, as there is no consultation prior to work starting and it gets completed very quickly! We had a couple conversations as they began the work to explain some specifics and had absolutely no problems at all.Posted on Google

Ethan Smith29 March 2023Highly recommended Firmbase Drives & Patios. They are very professional and polite guy. Did a brilliant job. I have used them second time for my block paving.Posted on TrustatraderCharles Purle3 March 2023Patrick (Joseph) did our job so fast that unfortunately I didn't get a chance to confirm some changes I wished to make, which meant that the job he did while being very good wasn't actually the job I was hoping for. I would say Patrick knows how to put down a good patio, and we are very happy with his physical work. However, his company need to be more organised, making sure they have all the details from the client before starting work, and ensuring things have been agreed in writing before starting anything. The patio he has put down is excellent, but because of there being no pre-work meeting, I was not able to tell him that I wanted it to line up on both sides, which of course makes the patio less aesthetically pleasing, which is an important point about patios. When we met after to discuss, Patrick was not really getting that the lining up was important, but he did offer a £150 reduction, on top of a reduction we had already agreed.Posted on Trustatrader

Joseph, the boss, was totally professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He was able to suggest alternative improvements to my plan at no extra cost and to the slight detriment of the firm but to my advantage. He sourced reclaimed bricks which married in exceptionally well with the existing walls. Payment was not required until the job was finished with complete satisfaction. I am exceptionally pleased with everything Firmbase contracted to do with particular thanks to Joseph for maintianing close supervision and quality control. My sincere thanks!Posted on TrustatraderMargaret Loffel31 August 2020Very pleased with the finished result and the team were very professional, first class job.
